BUILDING A POWERFUL
CUSTOMER DATABASE
The Problem:
Tortorice's Pizzeria was spending money on direct mail campaigns but was not collecting any customer data (i.e. visit frequency, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.)
The Solution:
We built a custom program to drive in-store traffic and build Tortorice's Pizzeria a valuable customer database. This program has four important steps.

CRAFTING A GREAT OFFER – We digitally advertised an aggressive food offer (ex: BOGO Pizza)

COLLECT DATA – In return for the offer, consumers gave us their data (name, gender, visit frequency, phone number, email address, birthdate).

DRIVE TRAFFIC – Consumers flew into the restaurant to redeem their offer. Our initial offer was working so well Tortorice's Pizzeria requested we change it to keep up with demand.

NURTURE DATABASE – We nurtured their database with creative eMail and SMS Campaigns.
The Results:
Customers quickly joined the "VIP Program" upon launch. Consumers continued to join at a relentless pace until Tortorice's Pizzeria requested we change the offer so they could comfortably handle demand at peak hours. CRAZY.
